Description:

Jack Tar Village is located 15 minutes away from the airport and only three miles from the charming tourist town of Puerto Plata. A popular favorite, this hotel has undergone extensive renovations and is now an adults-only resort catering to singles, honeymooners and couples alike.

Sitting on the palm-studded Playa Dorada shoreline, the extensive complex sits on beautifully manicured lawns with a great view of the spectacular green mountains.

Jack Tar's 290 rooms are found in 73 attractive villas scattered among the lush grounds. Bordering the hotel is the challenging, 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones.
