Hotel Palacio offers a privileged location, two blocks from the Cathedral primada of America and right in the center of all the historical and cultural attractions of the New World's first city ever built, Santo Domingo. Hotel Palacio is the former property of Buena Ventura Beaz ,who was president of the Dominican Republic several times during the 19th century. The Hotel Palacio now with 34 rooms was rebuilt for the first time in 1990 - 1992 and decorated luxuriously to please the most discriminating travelers. There is even a small gym with a jacuzzi on the roof.

While it's wonderful to bask in the past, modern-day conveniences are also available such as parking in the hotel garage and Internet service 24 hours a day in the lobby.
